Rosemary exceeds in everything she does, especially her attentiveness, care and patience while with my mother. Excellent communication, sends messages on their activites and has made herself available anytime when needed. Her thoughtfulness and kindness is expressed continuously, and the fact that my mom can communicate in either English or Spanish is incredibly beneficial! Always punctual and very easy to talk to.....mom is happy!
