About Rose

I am passionate about early childhood education and development, bringing over 10 years of experience, and also dedicated to creating a loving, nurturing, and enriching environment. My child-centered approach honors each child's unique pace of growth and learning. I design age-appropriate lessons and activities that foster exploration, creativity, collaboration, and interdependence across the five key domains of development: cognitive, physical, language, emotional, and social. Lastly, I value finding everyday moments as meaningful opportunities for learning, such as counting items, identifying colors and shapes during play, or practicing language through conversations and storytelling. Philosophy & Approach: RIE: Trust-based caregiving promoting independence through movement and play. Montessori: Hands-on, self-directed learning that builds independence and practical skills.
