About Rosmarilen

Hi, I'm Rosmarilen! I'm a 21-year-old criminology major at FDU with minors in child development, psychology, behavioral studies, and sociology. I've been caring for children for over five years, working with families, neighbors, and friends. I currently nanny three days a week for a5-year-old with autism and ADHD and his newborn sibling, and I also care for a2-year-old on weekends. I have extensive experience with toddlers, infants, and children with special needs, and I focus on creating safe, engaging routines that support emotional and developmental growth. I'm reliable, patient, proactive, and always adapt to each child's personality and needs. I'm comfortable with pets, a non-smoker, and have my own transportation. I love building warm, trusting relationships with families and helping little ones feel supported, understood, and excited to learn.
