About Rossana

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, opened minded and down to earth. I like working with kids because I consider kids are such a beautiful source of happiness, love, kindness, and learning. Those things are so valuable to me and having the chance to have access to that world through them is a privilege. I'm looking for a job that allows both, families and me to create a great and healthy environment. I started working with kids when I started my career. I'm a graduate student of English teaching. I worked with toddlers, preschoolers, and teenagers since 2017. In my spare time, I like to be with my closest friends, talking to my family, going out or exercising or just "dolce far niente", which literally the art of doing anything without getting bored. I'm always open to listening, learning and improving for a better version of myself at any field. My child care skills are, communication and organizational skills, creative thinking, compassion and empathy.
