Over 10 years of experience have fueled my passion for supporting adults and seniors. Positive experiences in previous roles working with patients with Alzheimer , Parkinson , Lewy body dementia and Normal pressure hydrocephalus has inspired me to make a positive impact on their lives. I am a Certified Home Health Aid. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I follow the family's preferred communication method. CPR and First Aid Training complete my skill set. I speak English , Italian and Spanish.
