My name is Rosana, I'm 54 years old, originally from Venezuela. I'm married, a mother, and a proud grandmother. In Venezuela, I graduated as a lawyer and worked as a university professor at the University of Carabobo until my retirement. Since moving to the United States over 6 years ago, I have dedicated myself to childcare. I have about 4 years of experience caring for children in Chicago, and for the past 1. 5 years, I have worked in a daycare as a teacher assistant. This role has given me hands-on experience supporting children's learning, development, and daily routines in a safe and nurturing environment.
