I started working with children as a teenager in the Knoxville Children's Theater, teaching classes and directing shows. At the age of 16 I began working at my church nursery, where I realized how much joy babies bring me. I continued to work there each Sunday until I turned 22. At the age of 20 I got a job working with toddlers at a Montessori school. I cared for a class of 14, along with two other teachers, for two years. After that, I worked in a "nature" preschool classroom with ages 3-6. I then worked as in-home nanny for twin toddlers and then a part time sitter for a 3-year-old. My availability begins in January 2026, after which I will have Mon-Sat. availability.

She learned his rhythms quickly, kept a calm-regulated presence in the house, and followed every instruction without needing repeated direction. She kept notes, handled contact naps, planned fun and enriching activities, and helped with basic household tasks with consistency. I really appreciate her transparency and family-like loving commitment to my son's care. Forever grateful, highly recommend!
