About Roxanne

Roxanne joined us as a full-time nanny just before we welcomed our third child in October 2023. Over the last year and a half, she has become an integral and beloved member of our family. Roxanne is skilled at understanding and meeting the needs of kids at all ages. With our six-year-old, Roxanne helped with the transition to full-time school and the social and emotional regulation that comes along with it. She helped our almost 4-year-old through milestones like potty training and discovery of new activities and experiences — the library, picnics, music classes, gymnastics, you name it. And she helped us survive our first 18 months with baby #3, including critical infant transitions like healthy sleep and food introduction. Roxanne genuinely loves children and has built strong bonds with each of our three kids. She is patient and kind while holding needed boundaries. She is reliable, organized, proactive and a strong communicator. She adeptly manages the busy routine of three kids while also building in time for adventure and fun. She consistently goes above and beyond, often applying concepts and tools from her past teaching experience. Roxanne has been a critical member of our parenting team and a steady, trustworthy, nurturing presence in our home. We give Roxanne our highest recommendation and would keep her forever if she wasn't moving out of state. Any family who gets to work with her is so lucky!
