About Roxanne

I'm warm, fun, and bring a grounded, playful energy that helps children feel safe to be curious, silly, and themselves. Kids tend to feel comfortable with me quickly, and I offer a calm, reassuring presence that builds trust naturally. I'm also a mom who raised my daughter on my own; she's now a 16-year-old honor student, sophomore, and taking college-level courses. Emotional intelligence, communication, and intentional parenting are everyday values in our home. I spent over 10 years as a project manager for a nationwide franchise, overseeing systems, onboarding, and operations, before stepping away to focus on purposeful work and time with my daughter. I've also worked as a CNA in a hospital setting, strengthening my ability to stay calm, attentive, and compassionate. I grew up in Colorado, enjoy staying active, and share my home with a cocker spaniel and 3 cats.
