Roza started caring for my dad just two days after he was released from a month-long hospital stay following a hip and femur fracture. My dad also has Alzheimer's, so the recovery was complicated. She proved herself invaluable from day one, quickly learning his PT exercises so that she would do them with him, memorizing Gujarati words necessary to communicate with my dad effectively, and paying close attention to his routines. Roza is compassionate, hard-working, smart, funny - a pleasure to have as company. Her respect for seniors and ability to diffuse my dad's frustration in a kind way, makes her an excellent senior caregiver. I have nothing but high praise for Roza and am grateful for her care for my dad. She has my unqualified endorsement.
