About Ruby

I am a reliable and caring individual with about three years of experience working with elementary-aged children, including kids with a wide range of needs and abilities. I especially enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with children, and creating a fun but educational environment where they feel most comfortable and understood. Along with my experience in educational settings, I've spent a couple spring breaks nannying for local families, and babysat as needed. These experiences have helped me become more flexible, patient, and attentive to each child's unique personality and routines. I'll be starting graduate school this fall to pursue my Masters and Ed. S in School Psychology, which reflects my passion for supporting children's growth both emotionally and academically.
