I interviewed Ruchele for a potential babysitting position for my 2 girls. She showed up on time and spent an hour with us! My girls loved her just within that hour. I felt at ease getting to know her. She was non judgmental , professional and would have been a great addition to our family. However my dates changed for when we would need her and she could no longer be of service. But, she still reached out to other babysitters she knows to try and help us! How awesome is that!!
