Rushni nannied for us for 2 years. She mainly cared for our then almost 1 year old (and sometimes older school aged brother). She was able to take care of all bottles and feeding. She was in charge of all the kids laundry - wash/fold/put away. She prepared lunches and snacks, and cleaned up the kids dishes. She is happy to be outside and is comfortable swimming with the kids. She has a reliable car to transport the kids in, and we felt comfortable with her doing that. She would take him to the park, play dates, gym class, etc. We never had any big issues come up, and were able to communicate our needs when necessary. She was able to adjust to any changes no problem. Rushni was always reliable and great with little kids. I would definitely recommend her for any childcare needs!
