About Ruth

I am a caregiver with 9+ years as a Red Cross Nurse aid, Hospice Aide, Respite Care, Companionship. Caring for my Mother inspired me to become a caregiver. My Mother suffered from Dementia, High BP and Diabetic I cared for her years and through that experience, I learnt that I'm passionate about helping people and improving the daily lives of those in need of care. Supporting my mother taught me skills like patience, compassionate and problem solving. I leant how to address issues quickly and effectively to ensure my mother was safe and healthy. While the work was challenging, improving my mother's quality of life made it worthwhile, and after she passed, I decided to apply my skills to help make the same impact.
