It teaches me patience as well as learning a lot from their point of view. I love to be engaged with the kids throughout the day. I can take care of multiple children and have a flexible schedule! Whatever suits the parent(s). I started working with kids when I was 15. I love to travel - little road trips / exploring new places! I work for my dad as a personal assistant to make income aside from my volunteer work. I love to make the families as comfortable as possible with any new face coming around! In the past, I've usually come a few times before to introduce myself to the kids! Kids can have a rough time with transition and separation, I would love to do anything that parents recommend to ease the process of it all!

Ryann was a lifesaver to our family - we have 2 kids 16 mo and 3.5 years old and she stepped In while our regular nanny was out on medical leave for 6 weeks . I was very nervous to have anyone else take care of our kids since we have had the same nanny for over 3 years. Within a day or two she had the routine down - house was always clean, kids were happy and she was never late. She has great energy , upbeat and thought my 16 month old a lot of words !! If we didn’t already have our nanny we would hire her in a heartbeat. We still use her on nights and weekends and would not hesitate to have her do overnights. Happy to be reference for anyone considering Ryann!!
