About Ryder

Hi! My name is Ryder, and I'm 18 years old with several years of hands-on experience caring for children. I am patient, energetic, and steady, and I naturally connect with kids. I have three younger cousins who I've helped care for since they were born, which gave me a strong foundation in routines, responsibility, and understanding children at different stages. I've also worked as a summer camp counselor for three years with first, second, and third graders, and I've babysat for a family with two children (ages 8 and 11). I'm comfortable with children ages 4-12 and enjoy being a reliable, positive presence in their daily lives. I love working with kids because I enjoy supporting their growth, keeping them engaged, and creating a safe, structured environment where they feel comfortable and confident.
