Ryley is the sweetest. She was kind when she arrived and I felt comfortable leaving with her there. She sent updates and was very flexible and understanding!

We recently moved to the area and were a bit skeptical about finding a caregiver for our 2 children. After looking through a few candidates we decided to go with Ryley and it was the best decision we made! One of our children has major allergies that Ryley made sure to ask all the right questions about. During our first experience I had let Ryley know I trusted her of course but was still feeling slightly nervous. She messaged me updates so that I felt comfortable which was amazing. Our kids have also loved their time with her. She’s punctual and communicates well! 10/10 recommend! 

Ryley is excellent. She helped me with my 9yo during my trip. She is trustworthy, gentle, responsible, super reliable, and thoughtful. She is willing to take on any tasks that are presented. I would like to advise anyone considering hiring Ryley for a position to exercise caution. I posted a job for a sitter for March 11, 2025, and Ryley, among other candidates, applied. Ryley initially stood out to me due to her outstanding reviews. I needed a sitter to care for my toddler while I attended an ultrasound appointment, as I am currently pregnant with my second child. It was imperative that I find someone reliable, without the risk of last-minute cancellations or unforeseen issues, and her reviews suggested she would meet these expectations.

In the days leading up to the appointment, we maintained ongoing communication, and she confirmed her availability. However, on the afternoon before the scheduled date, I received a message from Ryley indicating that she had just received her schedule for the week and would not be able to fulfill her obligation with me. This late notice, provided less than 15 hours before the appointment, was extremely disruptive. I expressed my disappointment to Ryley regarding the timing of her cancellation. In response, she apologized but also suggested that the situation was not her fault and implied that I should have had a backup plan.

This experience was unprofessional, and I sincerely hope that no other parent has to endure a similar situation, especially considering that many ultrasound facilities do not allow unattended children in the room.

Ryley is the perfect fit for our family! Both of my boys are on the spectrum and she was able to hit it off with both of them right away! She communicated with me through her time with being them and even sent pictures! This was my very first time using care.com for a babysitter and even though, I was hesitant- Ryley made me feel at ease right away!! We can't wait to work with her again!

I completely recommend Ryley as a caregiver. My husband and I were extremely apprehensive utilizing care services from an unknown individual, however, after reviewing Ryley’s profile/reviews and texting with her, we believed she would be a good fit for our 2 year old son. We asked for several updates throughout the evening along with pictures and she completely delivered. Our son enjoyed his time with her and was very well taken care of under her care. I am so glad Ryley was able to care for our son, my husband and I were able to enjoy our long overdue evening out at a wedding of some dear friends. My husband, son, and I highly recommend Ryley for care services and would love to have her watch our son again if the opportunity arose.

Ryley is a great sitter. She is prompt, engaging with us and our children, and flexible. We love having her over and so do our kids. 

We just adore Ryley! She shows a genuine interest in our children and actually interacts with them when they want to do activities. We wholly trust our kids with her which is especially important considering our son has autism. She’s great with all ages, our kids took to her immediately. She is flexible and always the first person we check with for sitting.
