I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, understanding and patient. I like caring for seniors because I find it deeply rewarding to support people who have spent their lives caring for others. As a CNA, I'm able to help them maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. I love building relationships, hearing their life stories, and being someone they can rely on and trust. It means a lot to know that I'm making a real difference in their quality of life every day. I'm looking for a job that, that is consistent, that gives me satisfaction and purpose.
