About Samantha Christine

My name is Samantha, and I work as a TA at a middle school. I am passionate about working with children, but my current role does not fully meet my financial needs, so I am seeking additional work that aligns with my love for kids. I have worked for LCPS for five years in various roles, including TA, long-term substitute, and head coach. During the summers, I work at Camp Whatakid in Lorton, VA. I would describe myself as bubbly, responsible, and kind. I enjoy working with children because they keep life in perspective, and I love seeing how their minds problem-solve and grow. I am a kid at heart and thrive in the positive energy kids bring. I began working with children at age 11 as a mother's helper and continued babysitting through school. Professionally, I have worked with kids ages K-18 through coaching, camp, and education. I am a psychology major, which helps me understand and support children's needs. I bring 100% effort, care, and positivity to everything I do.
