Samantha no called and no showed after confirming in the app and over the phone 24 hours prior to the date. Communication with Samantha was overall poor. After confirming booking she did not respond to follow up contact for over a week. Attempts to reach her in the app were unsuccessful until 2 days before booking. She ghosted us the day of and wife and I were not able to go to the show we booked. She cost us $500 in tickets and a chance to see our favorite comedian. Unreliable - do not hire
