We had never had a nanny prior to Samantha. She was the BEST! Our kids LOVE her!!! She was always on time, had no problems staying late if we needed and she took great care of our 3 kids (11mo, 5 and 7). She always had them outside or doing something creative. It was a bummer she got a teaching job or we never would have let her go!!!
