Hello! My name is Samantha. I have been cleaning for clients for 15+ years, as well as organizing! I have references to share & reviews from current clients to refer to. Pet sitting / drop ins as well. I charge flat rates based on size of space, and type of cleaning requested. A basic routine surface clean consists of; - Dusting surfaces in preferred rooms - Kitchen; including wiping surfaces, cleaning empty sinks, and outside of appliances - Bathrooms which entail; mirror, vanity, sink, toilet, tub and shower / shower door - Vacuuming and mopping of all floors Anything beyond a surface clean is considered "deep cleaning" and the price will fluctuate. I prefer a minimum of once every three weeks but depending on the upkeep of your space between cleans, I can be flexible on extending longer times between cleans.
