With over 10 years of assisted living home care service and a little over 7 years of private home care service. Willing to be the best companion for each patient moving forward with a positive attitude. My experiences are transporting patients from wheel chair to vehicle and bed. Transporting to doctor visits and making appointments. Fun companionship activities. Grocery shopping and running errands. Bathing dressing and feeding patients. Light housekeeping and laundry. Also a certified health coach, cooking and making sure patients are eating healthy is a priority. Experience with hospice patients, Alzheimer's and dementia. Experience with ostomy. Trained with equipments like Hoyer lift. Supervised medications. Lastly, putting my best foot forward in making sure each elderly patient gets the best care they deserve.
