About Samantha

8 years of senior caregiver experience between my holistic health coaching business, senior living facility, and a senior center. At the senior center I mainly organized events for the active seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant I handled meal preparation, medication management, bathing, light housework at the senior living facility. While I had the position at the senior living facility I was trained to support seniors with dementia and alzheimer's diagnosis. For the last 7 years I have improved the quality of some senior health coach clients lifestyles with their chronic inflammation or pain through holistic nutrition, food grade supplements, and medical grade phototherapy. I can seamlessly transfer my meal preparation and nurturing skills to general senior caregiving. My main intention is adequately supporting you and your family through general senior caregiving services.
