About Samantha

I have always enjoyed working with kids, starting back in 7th grade when I began volunteering in children's ministries at my church. Since then, I have gained much experience in children's church, nursery, before school care, tutoring, and babysitting within my church and community. I love working with children because I truly believe that it takes a village and I know many people had a profound impact on me when I was a child. I just want to be a help to the parents and the children in whatever way I can improve everyone's lives, even if it's just a little bit. While I have not worked with children in a few years in a permanent or paid position, I still help friends and family with their children whenever I can, and as I transition out of a corporate environment I'd love nothing more than to invest my time in something valuable and rewarding. I also love caring for animals, having two dogs and two cats myself!
