My name is Sammi and I'm from California. I've been working with kids since my eldest nephew was born in 2004. Along with my nephew and his siblings, I helped my older sister, their mother, with her in house daycare until I was old enough to get to places on my own. Once I was a bit older, around 10, I started as a mother's helper and worked my way up to nannying as I continued to get older. I spent some time directly after graduating high school as my sisters nanny for awhile after she ended her daycare, and I lived with her for a year helping out with her kids. Normally, nanny routine would be getting them ready for school, taking and picking them up from school, taking the to after school activities, helping with homework and light house cleaning and dinner prep.

Sammi is a true gem. She cared for my daughter and our friends son in a nanny share for over a year and truly shaped our tiny little babies into caring, thoughtful, smart, active, and engaged toddlers. They both have excelled tremendously and I can't help but think that Sammi played a huge role in this. She is very aware of age appropriate skills, activities, etc and truly cares about the families she becomes a part of. She is the best!
