I recently became a fur baby mom. My beagle puppy is 8 months old. I have decided to break away from my traditional job in the field of education and try something new so I can be home with my fur baby until she is a bit older. My girl absolutely loves all animals, she doesn't howl or bark and has the calmest demeanor (she is not your average beagle). I am looking for families who have friendly pets that may want canine companionship while their human families travel or pets that may need to be cared for during evening hours or weekends. Of course, feline friends are included that may need some love and feeding too. Not opposed to providing care in my home depending on family needs and comfort level of your animal babies. As to years of paid experience for pet care, in addition to teaching I have been employed as a nanny for many years and all my nanny families included pet care in my caregiving roles.
