About Sandra

I'm passionate about unlocking every student's potential through personalized learning. For the past two years I've been helping students from elementary school succeed in English | foreign languages | art and study skills. I hold a graduate degree and use my experience to build confidence and a love for learning in an engaging and supportive environment. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material and encourage open communication to understand their individual learning styles. I also provide regular updates to parents. Connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes are some of my favorite ways to keep students motivated. I am trained in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and am comfortable working with pets. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding part of being a tutor. I am ready to help you or your student achieve their goals!
