I wish I could give her zero stars. She doesn't deserve any. Sandra and I messaged for over a few weeks and she gave me the impression that she would be available for a job. Even spoke to my mother in law (who needs the care) and came by for a meet and greet in person, then said she would start the following morning. After I tried to come firm payment and timing she messaged me 3 hrs before she had to officially start saying my home was too far and had to take another job. The fact that she made us think she was dependable and couldn't tell us her concerns days ahead of time (she knew where we lived 3 days before her start) is a red flag for other people who need care. Now I'm left scrambling to find care for my mother in law. Do not hire her.
