My motivation stems from a deep desire to positively impact children's lives by providing reliable care. I am patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable. I have experience with special needs children. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am comfortable caring for two children. I believe in creating a safe and stimulating environment where your little ones can thrive.
