Sangeeta interviewed with me over the phone and we arranged for her to start the following day. I had given her the address. The day she was supposed to arrive she texted not long before her start time and said it was too far for her to drive. We had discussed the drive and pay, and her required minimum hours during the interview. It was unprofessional and left us in a bind.
