Sara was 20 minutes late to her interview and said she got kinda lost on the way. We went ahead and hired her and she was 30 minutes late her first day with no explanation other than "I am going to be late some days" . She worked 2 more days and on day 4 she told us she was late that day because of family issues and she will not be able to continue to work for us.
