About Sara

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. Over the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of working as a special education teacher as well as a therapist for children with developmental needs. I have experience working with children from ages 2-18+. I hold a graduate degree and am a certified teacher. I am comfortable caring for multiple children. My approach is patient and friendly. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I will communicate with parents using their preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I also coach club volleyball and have coached for the past 6 years. I am also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and errands. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. Ultimately, my goal is to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment where your children can thrive.
