Hello! I have 8 years of experience working with children of all ages and in different capacities. I have been a substitute teacher for 6 years working with grades K-12. I also have a very active and curious 7-year-old child. I know CPR and can handle emergency situations with ease and effectiveness. I used to work in the nursery at my old church for a year taking care of the newborns up until they were walking. I would rock them to sleep, feed them, change their diaper, and play with them. I also took care of a 4-year-old girl, a 2-year-old boy, and 3-year-old twin girls. Sara is a great babysitter. She has been watching my now 11 month old daughter for a few hours a week this summer. My daughter was going through some separation anxiety when she first started, but Sara was patient and kind with her the entire time. She is very engaged and is always on the floor playing, plus she leaves our space tidy. I am always confident my daughter is in good hands when Sara is babysitting.
