About Sarah

Hi! I'm Sarah, and I'm a recent BFA graduate in Dance Performance with a strong background in both teaching and performing. I have experience teaching children of all ages, leading classes that support young dancers in developing their technique, coordination, and love for movement. My teaching style blends structure with creativity--I believe in meeting each child where they are while encouraging growth, confidence, and self-expression. In addition to dance, I have a strong foundation in cross-training, with experience in Pilates, yoga, and HIIT-style workouts. This allows me to create sessions that build strength, flexibility, and coordination--all while keeping things fun and age-appropriate. Whether your child is interested in private dance lessons, movement-based play, or building healthy habits through creative fitness, I'd love to design sessions that meet their unique needs and goals. I'm passionate about nurturing not just skills, but confidence and joy through movement.
