Experience: 10 yrs
I taught Kindergarten from 2017 to 2021. Before that, I worked as a 2nd grade EL teacher for 3 years in Nashville. EL stands for English learner, meaning my students speak another language as their first language. Because of this experience, I have become a skilled reading teacher. I also have had training and worked at Lindamood-Bell, a specialized reading clinic. I can also tutor in elementary and middle school math (I understand common core), and would be happy to tutor any elementary subject, and/or provide occasional child care on weekends.
