About Sasha

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to visit my profile. My name is Sasha and I'm a retired U. S. Navy veteran with over a decade of experience in home care. Since 2014, I've worked closely with seniors and their families, offering compassionate support, consistent care, and meaningful companionship. For me, caregiving is more than a job it's my purpose so I created Helping hands. After serving my country with honor and discipline, I transitioned into caregiving because I wanted to continue serving people in a more personal and soul-nourishing way. I was blessed with the gift of attention to detail, and the value of consistency. But it's in caregiving that I found my true passion: helping people feel safe, seen, and loved during one of the most tender and important stages of life, assisting with personal care, managing medications, helping around the home, preparing meals, listening, post-surgical recovery, mobility challenges, companionship, and end-of-life support
