Savannah was a no-show twice — December 11 and again today — after confirming the day before both times that she would be there “100%.” She then did not show up and provided zero communication (no call, no text, no cancellation, no explanation). This is not a minor inconvenience — it created an urgent childcare crisis for our family and forced me to cancel an important meeting. When you hire childcare, you are trusting someone with your family’s schedule, safety, and stability. Savannah proved she is not reliable or trustworthy. I strongly advise other families not to risk it.
