Savannah started out with great communication and a warm, personable approach. She said the first visit would be more of a light touch-up and promised to return for a thorough cleaning—saying the payment would balance out across both visits. However, even the basic cleaning wasn’t done well. Key areas like the tub, sinks, and some floors were left untouched in my small condo. When I followed up kindly and professionally to express concern and ask about the follow-up, she never responded. I felt misled and taken advantage of—like I paid for a service that was never fully delivered. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend working with her based on this experience.
