Scarlen is very caring and is very mindful of what the child needs and want. She pays attention to the child likes and dislikes and is willing to teach toddler how to be more independent. She play and care for the toddler. She enjoys caring toddlers to the best of her ability. Further more she has good communication with parents and respects toddler surrounding and also expects to be respected. She enjoys taking toddler to parks to get fresh air and a way for them to view their surroundings. Scarlen is a very understandable person.
