Experienced certified nurse assistant/home health aide in elderly care for almost 16 years , I am assisting people with a variety of needs depending on their health condition , including advanced dementia . My focus is constantly on my client's wellbeing starting with vital signs , hygiene routine , meal prep/feeding , reminding their medications , range of motions. Providing safety and comfort and assisting with daily needs, I also have experience on handling wheelchairs, hoyer lifts and to do transfers as needed . I love cooking ( anything you want) and I also bake a variety of goods ( baklava , popovers , muffins, eclairs etc). Additionally : I'm organizing wardrobes/cabinets/food pantry and doing ironing, lighthouse cleaning , keeping the place safe , nit and comfortable. Scarlett is an excellent caregiver. She has provided care for my mother, who has complicated health issues and sometimes has had rapid onset of symptoms requiring emergency medical intervention. Scarlett spotted these issues and escalated them to the family and emergency services to prevent a negative outcome. I will be forever grateful. Her coverage has provided needed respite care and her abilities have provided peace of mind during those periods. She goes above and beyond to ensure the home is tidy and has provided home cooked meals that appeal to my mother. She takes much time to ensure needs are attended to. Scarlett has assisted with medication and has a sharp eye to detect any issues, which is so helpful. I recommend Scarlett highly.
