Hi,
my name is Seema . I work at a Montessori school . I work with 18 months to 3 years old at the Montessori school. I also have worked with primary and Elementary programs. I babysit on the side as I enjoy my time spent with children . I have been working with children at the age of 18.

Seema was wonderful, she always communicated back quickly and was very professional. I would absolutely use her again to watch my kids. 

Seema watched my 8 month old while my wife and I attended a wedding in Beacon. She is incredibly experienced and caring. Seema fed my daughter, put her to sleep, and dealt with a few tears throughout the night as my daughter is teething. 

Seema was terrific with our daughter and kept her busy and engaged. She was responsible and reliable and all around a great hire. 

Seema watched my 1 year old daughter while we went skiing for the day on vacation. She was a great communicator, reliable and did a great job with our daughter. We were comfortable leaving her with Seema for the day. I would highly recommend Seema. 

Seema is a very sweet and caring individual. I hired her to take care of my infant son while I went to work. She was very good with him and often took the time to sing songs and help towards milestone development. She was always very communicative. I would absolutely recommend Seems for your childcare needs.

Seema took care of my almost 2 year old for one night at a hotel when I went to a wedding. It was the first time he’d been put to bed by anyone other than family. They did great! He even went to bed earlier than usual which is quite a feat! He was totally relaxed when I left. She has a very calming demeanor. 

Seema did a great job with our 3-year-old. Very attentive, playful, and even organized the messy playroom she inherited before she left!

Seema was timely, kind and comforting. We haven’t had many sitters before and to leave our son in our hotel room was a bit scary. Would absolutely work with her again! My son the next morning was genuinely sad to wake up to her gone!

Seema was calm, kind, friendly, responsive and reliable. We needed a babysitter for an out of town wedding and our kids are a bit shy. Seema helped meet them where they were and had a fun, chill evening with the kids. Seema arrived early for our event and was helpfully willing to work late so that we were able to attend the wedding. She was responsive over texts and I felt comforted knowing my kids were with her.

Seema did a wonderful job with my 1.5-year-old. We hired her while we were away from home for a one-time special event. My toddler was instantly comfortable with her and didn’t even cry when I left! Seema took charge seamlessly and was warm and kind. I would definitely hire her again. 

I hired Seema to watch two babies, 6 and 7 months, for a one-time job while we were on vacation and she was GREAT! She was extremely responsive to communication in order to set up the job, flexible as far as hours and location and scheduling, and great with the babies and managing two different feeding and nap schedules, etc. I only wish we lived in NY, or I'd hire her as a regular sitter!!

I will be hiring Seema again for my two boys.  During our first meeting, I noticed that she was capable and understood how to interact with my sons (ages 4 and 2) at their level, which is not always the case.  She spoke carefully and directly, so that the children knew she was in charge, but she let the children lead the playing activities.  She was ready with suggestions when it seemed appropriate, for example, "Do you want to play Grocery Shopping?"  She was not loud or overbearing, but gentle and respectful of the children's space and needs.  She seemed willing to follow the same routines that we usually do with regard to clean up, snack time, etc.  Overall I was pleased and know that my children will be safe with Seema.
