About Selah

I have a background in child care and love kids! I have worked as a childcare employee at LC for several years working with kids ages six months to 8 years old. I have also worked for nearly five years as a babysitter for private families with up to four kids at a time. I am also CPR certified and first aid trained having worked as a lifeguard for the City of Tucson. I am bilingual and speak both Spanish and English. I'd describe my personality as kind, hardworking, and playful. I like working with kids because they bring joy and a new perspective on life in every interaction you have with them! I started working with kids five years ago. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, listen to music, and bake. One thing you should know about me is I believe that child development and safety is first priority. I believe in active engagement with kids in an environment they feel cared for and protected in. My skills include patience, communication, and safety awareness.
