Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With seven years of experience providing home health support, I assist with daily living, transportation, errands, meal preparation, and mobility. I am also experienced in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
