About Selena

I started working with kids 13 years ago during college. I worked as a birth and postpartum doula for four years. I assisted with newborn care, parent educating, and light household tasks. During the pandemic I became proficient with home schooling material as I cared for a 5 and 6-year-old. Since 2022, however, I've been caring for babies and toddlers. I am bilingual (Spanish) and speak exclusively in Spanish with babies and toddlers unless otherwise requested. I'm always amazed with the amount of Spanish vocabulary children can retain through repetition (songs and conversations). *I understand that as a nanny my role is to assist with your child's development. I will always respect your family's beliefs and values.
