I have meaningful, hands-on experience providing compassionate support to seniors. I assisted with daily tasks, offered companionship, and helped manage healthcare needs with patience and empathy. This experience deepened my understanding of the physical, emotional, and social challenges many seniors face, and reinforced the importance of dignity, respect, and personalized care in their everyday lives. It also strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and sense of responsibility--qualities I continue to carry into every role I take on.
