Shahran has been watching our daughter for 7 months (from 8 to 15 months old). Shahran has always been on time (or even early) and is flexible with both of our early work start times. She has even shown up as early as 6am! She was very respectful of our home and would always ensure Isabelle's playroom was tidy before leaving. Shahran would provide helpful updates and pictures throughout the day and was great about sticking to normal routine. The best part of having Shahran was how happy she made. Whenever Shahran would show up, would run up to her and hug her leg and have the biggest smile on her face. Shahran would also sing her songs throughout the day and was always engaging and interested in her development. We recently transitioned Isabelle to full-time daycare, which was a difficult decision due to the special bond she had with Shahran. We highly recommend Shahran and would happily hire her again in the future. She really is one of a kind!!
