Hey my name is Shameika. I've been a caregiver for 13 years. I'm not a CNA but I'm a CBRF. I work at a group that trains us with different types of health problems. I assisted residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plan. I would serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartment, recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
