About Shanaleha

I am an experienced certified nursing assistant with 22 years experience. My previous roles have given me a positive experiences and motivated me to support families in the community by providing excellent care. I am current in CPR and First Aid Training. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management and I am entering my second year of nursing school at Maria College perusing my RN with an expected graduation date of May 2027. I provide hands-on care and my experience includes respite care, traumatic brain injury, hospice services, home health, ventilator support, and dementia care. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide verbal and written updates using the family's preferred communication methods. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I have reliable transportation and I am comfortable with pets.
