About Shana

Nurturing young minds is my passion. As a certified teacher currently employed by Sarasota County Schools, I bring two years of experience, a college degree, and a deep understanding of child development to my care. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy playing board games and educational games that make learning fun. This is a very important tool to prevent learning loss during the summer. Upon request, I can add daily tutoring and educational lessons to my services. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children aged 0-11 and readily enforce household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I would love to use my skills to support your family this summer!
